Necessary technologies
The website may use a consent preference and Cloudflare Turnstile security data to protect the enquiry form from automated abuse. These functions are necessary for security and form operation and are not used to build an advertising profile.
Analytics
If you choose analytics, Google Analytics 4 may receive non-identifying website usage events such as page views, form start, successful enquiry and WhatsApp click. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and form messages are not sent to analytics.
Advertising measurement
Only if you choose analytics and advertising measurement, Google Ads receives a conversion event when a new enquiry is successfully saved, helping us measure advertising results. We do not send form contents or contact details to Google Ads. This permits Google advertising measurement storage and use of advertising measurement data. Advertising personalization remains disabled. Analytics-only consent does not grant advertising measurement permission.
Enquiry attribution
After you allow analytics, we keep the last known entry page, referring website, capture time and campaign tags in local storage for up to 30 days in this browser. These are saved with an enquiry to help identify its source. A later direct visit may retain this earlier source; it is not proof that the latest visit came from an ad. New campaign or external referral entries replace it. The record expires after 30 days and is cleared when you withdraw consent. Advertising click identifiers (GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID and FBCLID) are retained only with advertising measurement permission. Other devices are not linked. An opaque enquiry reference is sent with the analytics event to reconcile the enquiry without sending contact details. We do not store arbitrary URL query parameters in this record.
Your choice
Optional analytics remains disabled until you consent. You can change or withdraw your choice through the cookie settings control available on the website. Browser controls can also remove stored cookies, although blocking necessary functions may prevent the form from working correctly.
Changes
This policy will be updated if the website’s measurement or service providers change.
